Living Fully: Embracing the More of the Christian Life
A Guide to Experiencing God Beyond the Ordinary
No matter how long you’ve walked with Christ, there is still more. Jesus taught us to pray, “Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” This means we’re not just waiting for heaven, we’re invited to participate in heaven touching earth right now.
For many, the Christian life begins with a moment of transformation: receiving forgiveness and new life through Jesus. But the journey doesn’t stop there. Jesus made a way for our lives to be a lifelong adventure of deepening intimacy, personal growth, and kingdom purpose. We’re all in recovery from being human—learning to walk in the Spirit, becoming more like Jesus, and discovering that with God, there is always more.
Scripture says, “Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine…” (Ephesians 3:20). The life Jesus offers is one of ongoing discovery—of His love, His voice, His power, and His purpose.
Wherever you are today, know this: God is not finished with you. There is more.
Stepping Into More: How to Live Fully in Christ
Here are simple ways to step into the abundance Jesus paid for:
1. Cultivate Intimacy with God Spend time daily in prayer, Scripture, and worship. Let His voice and presence shape your day.
2. Ask for Revelation Invite the Holy Spirit to show you more of God’s heart—He loves to reveal Jesus to you.
3. Say Yes to the Stretch Embrace new opportunities to pray, serve, or lead—even when it feels risky.
4. Stay Connected to Spirit-Filled Community Surround yourself with people who value the presence and power of God.
5. Expect God to Move Everywhere Look for Him at work in everyday moments—at the grocery store, in a meeting, or around your kitchen table.
6. Exercise Bold Faith Pray big prayers. Believe for healing. Write down answered prayers so you don’t forget His faithfulness.
7. Align with His Will Ask, “What are You doing today, Lord—and how can I join You?” Then be ready to act, even if it stretches your comfort zone.
The Journey Has Only Just Begun
You were never meant to live a limited, ordinary Christian life. You were made to walk with God, to hear His voice, to see His power, and to release His love wherever you go.
If your heart is hungry for more, it’s because God is inviting you into more. Let today be the day you say yes.
I also invite you to participate in an online class that Bill and I will be doing called “Dreams, Visions, and Supernatural Events,” which will be shared on our Events page very soon. I pray we see you there.
